PURA is a certified biological wastewater treatment plant that effectively removes nitrogen and phosphorus, is odorless and extremely quiet. The structure of PURA container is reinforced with additional stiffening ribs, ensuring 100 % strength even when installed in extremely wet conditions.

PURA features
PURA Wastewater treatment plant is made of polypropylene with internal equipment.
There are three options for the tank:
- PURA-X: standard. This version has internal blower container. The lid diameter of the PURA-4, PURA-6, PURA-9 and PURA-12 units is D-1.0 m, the lid diameter of larger units is D-1.5 m.
- PURA-X-MD: version with small lid. This version has an external blower container. Available for PURA-4, PURA-6 and PURA-9 units.
- PURA-X-GB: version for installation inside concrete well, when WWTP has to be installed under a driveway. This version is sold without an upper part and cover.
It is possible to choose from small lid (version PURA-X-MD) and larger lid (Standard PURA version).
The blower container can be internal – integrated into the tank (standard version) or external, when a blower container is a separate small tank, installed next to the WWTP. In the both cases blower container is equipped with an electrical socket (IP68) and a socket for electrical cable.
Membrane blowers are used in wastewater treatment plants for compressed air supply, which is used in technological processes: aeration, mixing and circulation. We use membrane high quality blowers that are characterized by their reliability, quality, particularly good technical parameters, innovation, cost-effectiveness, and easy maintenance.
PURA wastewater treatment plants is equipped with unique chamber air mixing system, where AN and DN chambers are mixed through mixing air tubes installed at the bottom. This allows to reach high treatment parameters and ensures WWTP operation without malfunctions during holidays.
Our factory is located in Lithuania at Perkūno str., 3, Avižieniai, Vilnius district. You can come and see us at a time convenient for you from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
If you choose a WWTP with internal blower chamber, there is only one lid, which is seen on lawn. The lid itself is natural dark green color, merging into the grass color.
If you choose a WWTP with a small lid and install a blower unit in your flower area, then a small lid which is installed in the lawn is compatible with lawnmowers and lawn robots (they can drive through that lid).
Although the most popular PURA unit is the PURA – 6, we can design a PURA for residential areas that would serve up to 50 residents. If there is a need for an even larger unit, we have the ability to design a non-typical unit that serves over 50 residents.
